Services and dates.

Only the selections and written changes on these pages are purchased. Magazine placement is at the publisher’s discretion unless agreed in writing. Each episode sponsorship includes exclusive sponsor positioning, host reads before, during and after the show, show note links, social recognition and archived placement while the episode remains available. App service includes searchable visibility, partner recognition, website and social links, photos, description and a welcome or promotional video. App service does not renew beyond its stated term without written agreement.

Payment and deadlines.

Magazine payment, artwork, approval and cancellation are due Dec 20 for Jan 15; Mar 20 for Apr 15; Jun 20 for Jul 15; Sep 20 for Oct 15. App and podcast payment, materials and approval are due by the agreed monthly 20th before service or recording. Annual app service is prepaid. Dates require written confirmation. Late or unpaid placements may be withheld or moved by mutual written agreement.

Design and approval.

Supply high resolution JPEG, PNG or PDF magazine artwork; finished ads are printed as submitted. Magazine design is $45 per authorized design. The producer writes the podcast script and creates the ad for host reads from advertiser information. Written approval is required before use. The advertiser checks claims, spelling, prices, links, dates and contact details.

Cancellation and refunds.

Email cancellations. Magazine and podcast fees are refundable before their deadlines and nonrefundable afterward unless the publisher cancels. Completed authorized designs remain payable. Refund unused complete annual app months at one twelfth of the allocated app fee; partial or completed months are not refunded. Monthly app cancellation stops future months with notice before the applicable 20th. Package allocations: app $280, podcast $345, plus the listed magazine price when included. Custom orders use the written allocations. Refund affected components separately.

Permissions and errors.

The advertiser warrants supported, truthful claims and rights to supplied material, and authorizes its use for this order. The publisher may decline unsuitable or unlawful content and refund undelivered placements. No readership, traffic, sales or response level is guaranteed. Report omissions or material publisher errors within 30 days; the publisher will correct, replace by mutual agreement, or refund the affected placement or undelivered service. Advertiser approved errors remain the advertiser’s responsibility.
